Orchestrate runs governed outbound for a business, under that business's own verified sending identity.

For B2B firms in regulated and reputation-sensitive sectors, outbound is a liability. Outsource it and your sending identity gets burned. Skip it and the pipeline stays quiet. Orchestrate operates it under your identity and refuses sends that would damage your reputation. Refusal is a first-class outcome, not a failure.

THE WORKSPACE

Today. Only what needs a decision from you. A quiet day looks quiet, because the product does not invent work to fill a dashboard.

Relationships. The businesses you have durable commercial context with. Each one leads with where it stands and why it stands there, rather than with a label.

Market. Who may be worth entering a commercial relationship with, judged against what your business actually sells.

Business. Your identity and how you are represented, the mailbox you send from, and the credentials and evidence you can show for yourself.

WHAT ORCHESTRATE WILL NOT DO

It will not send anything on your behalf until a mailbox belonging to your business is connected and authorised.

It is not a general inbox reader. For a connected mailbox it reads the envelope and a narrow set of headers before any matching decision. A message body is fetched only once that message resolves to something Orchestrate sent for you. Unmatched mail stays where it is.

Activating the service makes a capability available. It never makes anyone authorised to represent your company. Those are separate facts and they are recorded separately: who may decide for the business is held against the organisation, not inferred from who happens to be signed in.

ACCOUNT

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app, under Account, and the deletion cannot be undone.
