The Orco Bank App® for Personal and Business online banking customers.

As of September 2021 we have launched our Orco Bank App®. All accounts will be enabled in the coming months. You will receive instructions on how to activate your Orco Bank App® via email soon.

With the Orco Bank App® you can manage your Personal and Business accounts, anytime and anywhere.

Enjoy features such as:
• View and access to all your Orco Bank accounts
• Generate secure codes using the Soft Token to login to Orco Bank Online® or approve a transfer request in Orco Bank Online®
• Create, review and approve transactions on-the-go
• Make local and international transfers, and much more

With the Orco Bank App®, you can do more than checking your account details and conducting transfers.

From the Main Menu, you can:
• Biometrics activated for Fingerprint if available on your device
• Review, approve, or cancel a pending transaction
• generate proof of payment and send PDF via email, WhatsApp or other messenger channels
• Maintain your Address Book
• Find up-to-date exchange rates
• Submit a Travel Notice to ensure your card(s) can be used overseas during your travels.
• Easily upload documents
• Generate secure codes using the Soft Token to login to Orco Bank Online® or approve a transfer request in Orco Bank Online®

Ratings and reviews

Their app sucks, nothing like how FCIBs own was. Imagine having the app but still having to use website link smh. Makes no sense !! They are not up to date with the statements, loan payment due dates keep changing. The staff are no help, they give u a scripted response instead of actually assisting and listening to the issue that you are experiencing. They push you to the side and stop responding to you. To this date still no atm to activate your cards so you won't incur other bank's fees.
