Ordeks turns the orders from every shop you sell through into one scan-driven picking and packing workflow — on a warehouse handheld, and it keeps working when the wifi doesn't.
This app is the warehouse floor of Ordeks. It needs an Ordeks account: your company administrator invites you, and you sign in with that account.
ONE QUEUE, EVERY CHANNEL
Orders from every connected shop, ERP and POS arrive in a single list, with one status vocabulary and one set of filters. Search, filter and open an order without switching between admin panels.
SCANNING THAT CANNOT GO WRONG
The app names the next product, locks the scan to it, and counts every unit individually. The wrong item does not go in the box, because the app will not accept it. On Zebra handhelds it drives the hardware scan engine directly; on any other phone the camera does the same job.
THREE WAYS TO WORK
Pick one order at a time, batch several orders into one walk through the shelves, or split the work: a collector picks while a separate packer scans each parcel label to close the order.
IT SURVIVES THE WAREHOUSE
Warehouses have dead zones. Ordeks never turns off the scanner. Every pick, pack and completion is queued and replayed in the exact order it happened, and every write is safe to replay — so the trolley and the system stay in agreement through a dead minute. Anything the server refuses on reconnect comes back naming the product and the reason. Nothing is dropped silently.
THE PICK LIST FOLLOWS YOUR SHELVES
Ordeks learns the route your pickers actually walk and re-sorts the pick list to match. It gets faster the longer you use it, without anyone mapping a warehouse first.
LABELS AT THE BENCH
Print carrier labels straight to a network label printer from the packing screen.
SEE THE FLOOR
Fulfilment and throughput reports on the handheld, so a shift lead does not need a desk to know where the day stands.
