Ratings and reviews

App location service does not work and will not let me select my location, even when entered and selected manually, and I can not order through the app as a result. I have migrated away from BRCC because other coffee shops have an app that works and makes it extremely more convenient. Name of app sucks also. When I want to order and I think of BRCC I want to go to an app that starts with a "B" and not have to search for the app because I don't remember what you named it.

App no longer functions. On IOS, the app was taken down from public listings, showing that they discontinued it, and if you still have the app installed, it’ll give you an error saying it cannot connect to the servers, cementing that fact. However, on here, the app is still available to download, while still giving the same “cannot communicate with the server” error, just like the IOS version, just without being taken down from the store. Don’t use it, order in store.

Love the coffee and the look of the app! A suggestion for those of us with allergies (common or unusual): please add a full ingredients list to your app so we can order ahead and not hold up the line going into the store asking questions. Check out the green competition's app. I'd rather shop your coffee experience but am limited even to the ingredients in your flavors and sweeteners as I don't know if they have my weird allergy amongst them.
