OrderEasy Waiters is the companion app for restaurant staff using the OrderEasy platform. Designed for speed and simplicity, it puts
everything waiters need right at their fingertips.
TAKE ORDERS FAST
Browse the menu by category, search for items, and build orders with just a few taps. Add notes, modifiers, and special requests. Orders go
straight to the kitchen display in real time.
TABLE MANAGEMENT
See your entire floor at a glance. Track which tables are occupied, available, or waiting for payment. Transfer orders between tables with a
single tap.
REAL-TIME KITCHEN UPDATES
Get instant notifications when dishes are ready for pickup. The Pickup Queue screen shows exactly which items are ready at each kitchen
station no more guessing or walking to the kitchen to check.
PAYMENTS & BILLING

What’s new

We improved the performance screen with more accurate service-time data and a cleaner layout. You now get an automatic alert whenever a print fails from the
tables, move-items, or combine-tables screens, so no order slips through unnoticed. We also added adjustable font sizing across the app, automatic refresh on
the tables list, and PIN protection for the lock screen.
