worst app, cant change the nearby outlet. useless.

They Didn't Deliver on Time. I have placed order on their app at 6.23 and paid online but they didn't delivered the goods nor pick the phone till 9.30 ( 3 hrs 15 minutes). I went to their nearby outlet staff simply say rider didn't came even does not apologise for this as well. I received my goods after 3.5 hrs when I visited their outlet. Very Bad Service and Hospitality. if they cannot delivered the goods then why they receive order and advance payment from their app.

Horrible Experience - Ordered food and paid for it the order is stuck on pending for an hour customer service doesn't answer any calls. Customer service via fb is also useless as it was not able to promptly answer any query. Last option is to go pick up the order from the outlet since I already paid for it. Thank you for such a horrible app experience better to order from any other place than this app.
