I am giving 3 stars because I had so much trouble setting it up. I read the reviews, someone said to make sure the location on your smart device is on.. after I did that it connected to bluetooth finally... It works well but I dont like having my location on to use the app and I dont like that there were no instructions to help with set up.

Worst physical remote control ever has this equally horrible app. I WILL NOT buy Serta again until a good app exists, with home automation integration. PLEASE PLEASE just give us the code and we'll make an open source app that is awesome. But when an app is outsourced like this, it's a conflict of interest - nobody has incentive to make the app better, since it would eat into remote control sales.

App started out good. But it hasn't worked for the last 2 days. Is there any tech help? I did uninstall and reinstall the app. It still doesn't work. The best part about this is my bed is in the flat position, but now I'm have problems sleeping with the bed flat. I would replace the remote, but that is too expensive. Please fix this app.
