ATITHI . It is developed by Directorate General of Systems, Central Board of Indirect Taxes(CBIC), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India to drive digital Governance in India. This application provides a platform for all visitors travelling to India globally to file their baggage, Item & Currency declarations and other citizen centric services. It will reduce the time taken for Customs Declaration and will ease the arrival process at Indian Airports.

ATITHI has been made available on Android and iOS platforms.

Horrible UI. Some fields need a decimal or another unit but cannot be changed. After adding a few items to be declared the SUBMIT button disappears. In the end using paper is probably better.

There's no feature to change the account from passenger to crew once it is registered as a passenger. There's no help or support feature regarding the same . Very poorly developed app without any forethought.

I mistakenly registered as a passenger instead of crew, and now I cannot even change it to crew. I have sent multiple emails over the past week, but the only response I keep getting is to visit the Customs Dept. When I visited the Customs Dept, they told me to mail Saksham Seva and assured me it would be resolved within two days. But when I mailed Saksham Seva, I received another response telling me to visit the Customs Department again. At this point I am becoming a sandwich between both.
