ATITHI . It is developed by Directorate General of Systems, Central Board of Indirect Taxes(CBIC), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India to drive digital Governance in India. This application provides a platform for all visitors travelling to India globally to file their baggage, Item & Currency declarations and other citizen centric services. It will reduce the time taken for Customs Declaration and will ease the arrival process at Indian Airports.

ATITHI has been made available on Android and iOS platforms.

Useless app. Registration went OK but asks for a WhatsApp number without option to enter country code. During baggage declaration, first mandatory field is residence status but doesn't populate. can't submit anything. don't waste your time. Just do it on paper, that too nobody seems to ask.

Confusing and useless app. Asks for useless and unnecessary information. Seems to be built by free interns. Bugs all over the place. Tried adding a family member and said date format is incorrect even though it was set using their own app calendar. Typical Indian govt app.

The ATITHI 2.0 app was extremely disappointing. It is slow, frequently crashes, and the user interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Basic features don't work consistently, making even simple tasks frustrating. The app feels poorly tested and unreliable. I expected a much smoother experience, but instead it wasted my time. I hope the developers improve its stability, performance, and overall usability in future updates.
