Smart Envi allows users to manage their heaters though mobile applications. Users can add heaters to their account, set the temperature, on/off heater, manage night light, pilot light, display, child lock, freeze protect settings. Also user can set timers, create schedules and add geofencing events.
User can create a group of devices and manage all them together. They can invite other user on the heater and/or the group.

As many people have said the app stayed on the loading screen. When I contacted customer support they told me I wasn't giving the app the correct permissions, and it was a problem with my phone. I gave the app full permissions and it still wouldn't work. I turned off my ad blocker and guess what?! Works fine. Super intuitive easy app that's filled to the gills with trackers and bs. As soon as I got through to the app I turned my blocker back on and it's at 500 already. I'll post a Pic if I can.

Downgrading to 1 star as the company doesn't support customers it seems. It's been 1.5 years since they updated the app. Security vulnerabilities alone make this awful, but they need improvements. It's absolutely impossible to set the temperature accurately because they use a slider that jumps, instead of just an up/down arrow. Also if you're Wi-Fi SSID or password change, only way to update is factory reset. I've gotten rid of the 6 I had and replaced with mini split, cut my power bill by 80%.

I have the plugin 500w smart heater. I absolutely love it. However, the scheduling in the app doesn't make sense to me. I have tried every way I can think of but I still have to go to the app to activate a schedule to change when I want a temperature change to happen. It's no different than going to the app to change the temperature.
