My product never got delivered and app shows order has been delivered. upon multiple enquiries both vis phone calls and chain emails, I have been asked to wait for 7 more working days. I asked for a refund but no response.. my worst decision to switch over to two brothers product. very poor after sales service. Kindly help me refund my money. there is no point is getting the product when I don't have it when required

Placed order on 21st may and it will about tk delivered on 25th may and till 28th may didn't get the order. They have zero support for customers, don't have the option to cancel order. it's your duty to call them and ask for order status. They didn't even send a single message regarding the delay. On 27th may getting message it's out for delivery, but it's not even out for delivery. Worst service, Zero support

Worst service & support. Placed my first order on 22-Jul, item not dispatched even on 28-Jul. On calling the support team, all I get is contradicting answers. Unable to cancel as there is no option on app. Worst thing even support team cannot cancel it seems. What kind of cheating is this? I would recommend users to order from Amazon atleast we can get good support and option to cancel. A good quality product company is let down by its own poor quality service.
