Ratings and reviews

The products are really good and I haven't really faced any problems with either the delivery, product quality or the app up until recently. For the last few days, I have been trying to place an order, but I haven't been able to because the "pay now" button isn't responding. I updated the app, then deleted and reinstalled it; however, the problem persists. I saw one more review stating the same. The problem hasn't been resolved yet.

Placed order on 21st may and it will about tk delivered on 25th may and till 28th may didn't get the order. They have zero support for customers, don't have the option to cancel order. it's your duty to call them and ask for order status. They didn't even send a single message regarding the delay. On 27th may getting message it's out for delivery, but it's not even out for delivery. Worst service, Zero support
