Enlace Judicial is a mobile application, through which you can access detailed information on those processes that can be presented without the intervention of a lawyer or legal representative. It will also allow to know about the alternative methods of conflict resolution, community judicial facilitators, as well as, the public defense offered by the Judicial Branch of the Republic of Panama.
Through a mobile device, those who process processes in Electronic Judicial File, with this new application will receive by this means, alerts on management, notifications and pending actions.
If it is required to know who is qualified, to practice law in our country, this application offers the interested party access to this information immediately, placing the personal identity card number.
As a measure of support for citizens, it will facilitate access to justice, locating judicial offices in each area of ​​the country, where you can obtain more information or start your procedure, according to the place that corresponds to you, using the Judicial Liaison application.
This application requests the following permissions:
* Location: this application requests permission to use your location to find the buildings or dependencies where you can perform legal proceedings.
* Identity: Identification information is accessed to find accounts on the device that are required to manage the functionality of multiple users.
* Photos / Media / Files: This application requires access to the files of the device to process images, store information in cache and save the documents that can be downloaded in the application.
* Storage: This application requires access to the files of the device to process images, store information in cache and save the documents that can be downloaded in the application.
* Device ID: this application requires access to phone information, to identify the device.
* Show on other applications: This application will show the alerts of external notifications (push notification) to lawyers who log in and program their user to receive such communications.
* Run at startup: Allows the application to start automatically once the phone is turned on.
* Internet access: this application requires internet access to load the information.
* Control vibrator: this application requires access to the control vibrator, when alerts are set up by the lawyer.
