Functionally, our cloud-based solution has a lot to offer:
* Mapping your organizational structure in functional areas (departments) and roles with individual checklists and tasks.
* Delegation of responsibilities to department heads
* Roster with intelligent rights and access management
* Document management with general and event-specific documents
* Audit-proof test report for the event (provability)
* Incident management with trouble tickets
* Reminder and escalation functions for upcoming tasks
* Automatic notifications in the event of an error via push notifications
* Additional modules such as quality checks, tour guides and display control on request

You will quickly notice that ideas and everyday requirements from practice have been implemented here. To use the ORGA app, a login with user and password as well as access to a licensed organizational account (ORGA app client) is required.
