Constant "Inactive account or Invalid" prompt. Update: Why isn't this app fixed yet? It has literally been years and it still has the same problems. **Update** When I try to pay monthly payment it makes me pay 10$ late fee as well. On my paper statement that I receive in the mail, the payment is 10$ cheaper. There is no way to change the amount to pay. It is doing this although I'm trying to pay 2 days in advance to the bill actually being due.

Ehh, wouldn't say "Fixed." Checking in at 2026, error codes and not taking correct passwords. Losing my mind tripple checking, started calling my agent just to pay, some users say no issues but some say it's still a problem. Hope this helps

I have been trying for months to register my policy so that I can have online access, but it always has an error message like "Registration is currently closed for maintenance. Try back in 4 hours or 8am-8pm CST"
