Constant "Inactive account or Invalid" prompt. Update: Why isn't this app fixed yet? It has literally been years and it still has the same problems. **Update** When I try to pay monthly payment it makes me pay 10$ late fee as well. On my paper statement that I receive in the mail, the payment is 10$ cheaper. There is no way to change the amount to pay. It is doing this although I'm trying to pay 2 days in advance to the bill actually being due.

I had to give one star eventho This app sucks. For the past 9 months, it's telling me invalid policy when the policy is current. One month I can pay no problem and then the next,it don't work. Can't pay it on the Trexis website cuz it always asks for 2 diff credit cards and u can't even select the credit card option or the e-check option. Either fix it or delete it off Google Play.

very slow at processing claims. not sure many know what they are doing. Also upon canceling policy with them they give you run around about your refund. Pay them or else but they do not want to pay out when it comes time!
