The app wont even let me register, like really?!?! Update: so after much frustration & double checking everything it was that the app doesn't like special characters in the pw. It didn't tell me that though it just kept telling me that my pw needed to be 8 characters long with a #, which mine was. That error code should be updated to properly reflect the accurate issue.

Sent my sample in June. The app is fantastic and updated me when they received it and when they were processing it. We are now in October and haven't had my results or any communication. Really is a terrible company and business model. Makes me wonder if they are lying about our data protection too. Update: 2022/01 still no results or communication...2 years! What a joke!

Negatively interacts with other apps. Have been trying to install another app on and off for like 2 years and finally found the answer on Reddit. I deleted this app and the other app installed flawlessly. This is literally the only app I have ever installed from the Play store that has done this.
