Service App – engineer can claim the jobs assigned and also reschedule if required.
Engineer can perform various activities – “go for visit”, “reached destination”, “start visit”, “Inspection”,
“finish visit”- with the help of customer OTP confirmation. Also provided the feature to navigate the
customer place using google map and the user can upload the images and comments about the
service of the machine. Before completing the visit, the engineer can add line items and generate the
Invoice for each item added to the service. This invoice gets automatically pushed to the customer
app to complete the payment.
