Solo Food Safety is the in-store tablet app for Solo sites. Staff record temperature checks, cleaning and visitors on the store's tablet, and every record goes straight to head office.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS
• Each fridge, freezer, coolroom, bain marie and hot cabinet has its own check times, in the store's local time
• See at a glance what's due now, what's due later today and what was missed
• Each check can be logged in the hour after it's due. A check that isn't logged in time is recorded as missed automatically
• A large on-screen number pad makes readings quick to enter
• Readings outside the safe range show in orange straight away
• Look back through any day's readings

CLEANING LOG
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks, each with its method
• Mark a task done with the name of the person who did it
• See what's done today and what's still to do, and look back through past days
• Missed tasks are recorded automatically

VISITOR LOG
• Visitors sign themselves in with their name, company, contact details and visitor type, and sign on screen
• WPCG card details are recorded, and expired cards are flagged
• The store receives an emailed copy of each sign-in
• Checking out is a single tap
• The shared tablet shows only names, companies and times. Contact details and signatures stay private


Solo Food Safety is for Solo stores. You'll need your store's sign-in details from head office to use it.
