Same issue as other reviewers have stated. After waiting 3 weeks to get our test results back, app now crashes every time i try to open the results. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to make it let me view the results ONCE, then it's back to crashing. Don't bother with this brand/app. Choose another to manage your pets health.

Good breakdown of breeds, each parent and as a whole. easy to navigate

Paid for two DNA/breed test for my dogs received them in the mail on time, completed the tests and sent them back no problem. Once notified the samples were received via email, I was unable to log in with the app but was able to use the website. Fast forward a few weeks and although I had no email updates, the website said their tests were available. The download links don't work or open at all. I tried contacting support multiple ways, with no response. Now I can't even log in on the website
