The "remember this device" option doesn't work. A teller informed me that it had been quietly disabled, but is still visible in the app. Now they even require you to do additional two-factor auths after you are logged in just to do common actions like moving funds from savings to checking. What's worse is that codes aren't sent in a timely manner. I've had to wait for up to 10 min to get a code that expired after 5 min; that's just unacceptable (especially when you have to do it multiple times).

The old app was at least a little better. The pay a person feature waa instant and convenient and now takes 24 hrs to transfer. Things keep randomly popping up as charges a week or so after I made them and don't show as holds or pending in the meantime. And it's been down more than its been up seems like. Also the constant having to replace debit cards because of fraud has gotten old. Soon as my last few checks clear the bank I'll be removing everything and closing my accounts.

This is the very first bank that I've banked with and have Almost absolutely zero complaints about. The daily atm withdrawal limit., is too low. if you're in a pinch, It's not looking too good. And secondly, the mobile app sucks.. very "glitchy" and seems to be out of service and "under construction" quite regularly.. But those are small stones to a mountain.. not a bunch of hidden fees or issues with customer service or anything. Also the tellers have always been amazing and super helpful!!
