Good way to check your work schedule but it is flawed with bugs. Can't navigate the menu correctly and crashes too much to be reliable. The app also seems to be down a lot which is unacceptable for the responsibilities that depend on it. I'd like to see frequent updates regarding the uptime and connectivity, in which case I can change my review.

I've revised my score, due to most of the things being fixed. There is still the matter of the main menu buttons not working after using the back-button to move backwards. And weeks only starting on sundays when using English as your primary language. Plus, the app is missing a ton of features available in the browser version, looks awful in comparison (no change at all here even though a "new version" has been promised). For example, you cannot cancel a request for time off in the app.

Hi Ivar, we are indeed aware of some of the above ponts you mention. And yes we are working on a completely new version of the ESS App. It however does take some time to implement all functionality again. Though not everything might be visible for you depending on the customer settings. The new app will launch later this year.

It Sucks! Trying to use autofill but it freezes so you have to close it and reopen it and manually insert your data. Couldn't select a language?! Is this even available in any other language? Who's week starts from Sunday?! Not mine, but you can't do anything about it. You can only see a week-by-week your schedule, but I also want see the whole month.

Dear Ramin, the autofill is an issue we are aware of but it not easily fixable for the moment. The other points you mention are being update/redesigned in new version of the App we are currently working on. We will roll out this version on the coming months. Kind regards, Kevin.
