As others have pointed out this app doesn't stay connected or synced to the device. Whether it's the devices or the apps fault it loses connection I don't know. It worked for a few weeks but was slow and a chore to use. I'm probably going to stop using the app because it is not intuitive and the device keeps track of my sessions anyways.

Not very good at all. About the only thing I get to do is connect to my device, sometimes. It doesn't let me look at the calendar or rate my pain or do anything really. App constantly closing while I'm using it. Just worthless all around. Hey if all I wanted to do was look at how much time I have left to wear it, I'd look at the device! That's all I can do for about 10 seconds before the app closes. Will be uninstalling it, at this point it's just taking up space on my phone like a paper weight.

okay, WHEN IT WORKS. I have to turn my bluetooth off & back on during treatment all the time. I got the Orthofix Cervical Collar & have 4 hours daily. The rep who helped me install told me if time unsyncs just have to refresh, but there is no such option. The display blinks on the app like its tracking, but it's not synced in real time. The calendar will be inaccurate if you don't hurry and resync it last few minutes. The optional links on HELP are dead links. Graph is good though. FIX IT!!!!!!!
