Dynamic Hip is an educational and professional workflow-support app for structured hip landmark analysis, model-based biomechanics and reversible scenario simulation on user-selected images.
GUIDED 19-POINT WORKFLOW
• Register a calibration marker, pelvic references and bilateral hip landmarks in a defined sequence.
• Use a stable concentric selector with pan, pinch zoom, fine adjustment and exact-centre registration.
• Create anchored centre-radius cycles for the calibration marker and both femoral heads.
• Review, correct, lock, delete, undo or redo points without losing the source image coordinates.
MEASUREMENTS AND VISUALISATION
• Apply image calibration when scaled results are required.
• Generate bilateral geometric and model-derived results after the required landmarks are complete.
• Display femoral-head circles, reference lines, angle arcs, resultant-load arrows, contact surfaces and pressure-distribution arrows.
• Review three graph families for load, pressure and contact-angle sensitivity.
• Open a spatial presentation of landmarks, axes, head surfaces and model vectors.
BASELINE AND SCENARIO
• Keep the registered baseline separate from the simulated scenario.
• Preview reversible translation, abduction and rotation adjustments.
• Compare baseline and scenario values, overlays and graphs before applying or resetting a simulation.
LOCAL CASES AND EXPORT
• Create, save, rename, recover and delete cases locally.
• Export annotated PNG, PDF, TXT, CSV, JSON, ZIP and OBJ resources.
• Share only through an explicit user action using Android’s system interface.
• Start with the included synthetic teaching image; no patient information or login is required.
PRIVACY
Dynamic Hip contains no advertising, behavioural analytics, tracking or user account. The submitted build has no Internet permission. Images, landmarks, measurements and case files are processed locally. Data leaves the app only when the user deliberately exports or shares it.
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Dynamic Hip is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not provide emergency advice or surgical navigation. Model-derived force, pressure, contact-area and spatial values are estimates. Results depend on image quality, calibration and correct landmark placement and must be independently verified with validated clinical methods, approved systems and applicable local protocols.
