About this app

ORTIMcalc supports the conversion of data typically encountered in time management, work scheduling, planning and control. In terms of the methods employed, the conversions and depictions of results are adapted in line with REFA methodology, thus ensuring their compliance with most works agreements.

Features:
Various topics are available split over 5 tabs.

Time conversion
The entered times are converted from a configurable unit into the desired unit which itself is variable. The time units typical for this specialist area are available. If this time is based on a specific reference quantity, this can also be defined.

Allowances
The entered basic time (tg) can be extended with allowances to form a standard time per unit. Besides the typical allowances founded in REFA methodology, up to three additional allowances can also be assigned to the basic time.

Quantity data
From the basic time and allowances, the times are depicted for predefined, typical quantity units (time per unit 1 or 10, 100, 1000). The conversion into pieces per set time unit takes place at the same time.

Capacity requirements
The time required for a complete order can be calculated if, in addition to the piece time, the order quantity and the necessary setup time are defined.

Wage compensation
If, in addition to the order data, the time actually required for processing the order (time taken) and a remuneration factor are entered, it is then also possible to read the expected earnings and the labor costs that will be incurred from processing this order.
