I love the new app that Orange & Rockland came out with recently. It's a much better explanation and breakdown of what you use or don't use, how much you use, and how much you've saved since the last bill. Along with that, paying my bill is super easy! Nice job with the app update!

Fix the dam app it keeps giving a statusCode": 404, "message": "Resource not found" } error message when I try to pay my bill the payment over phone won't wait for me to read out the account number I have trouble with talking and the ai is to quick I'm not able to pay over phone because it doesn't give enough time to text the account number and it won't let me talk to a human I guess I can't pay my bill till it fix

Works as intended. Handy for reporting outages and similar issues. Also, the approximate power restoration times they quote, wait for it, it's not what your expecting, appear to be accurate and sometimes even shorter to restore- never long. It's refreshing to have a power company that actually makes most things easy and accessible. It could be the local crews and support people that give me this impression, but that has been my experience in southern Sullivan County in New York. Kudos O&R 👏
