PrivSegur: Training for Private Security in Chile

PrivSegur is an independent educational tool designed for the technical training of private security agents in Chile. Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date study materials to successfully pass the evaluations of the Chilean National Police (OS-10), the Maritime Authority (Directemar), and the Chilean Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC).

LEGISLATIVE UPDATE 2026

The application incorporates the critical changes of the new national evaluation standard:

• Law 21.659 (New Private Security Law): Transition to the Undersecretariat for Crime Prevention, new powers, and requirements for drones (AOC).

• Law 21.561: Update of the work week to 42 hours (2026 period).

• Karin Law (21.643): Protocols against workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and violence in the workplace.

• Autism Spectrum Disorder Law (21.545): Dignified treatment and inclusion for people with autism spectrum disorder.

• Technical Safety: Life insurance (132 UF) and use of recording devices (body cameras).

STRUCTURED STUDY SYSTEM

1. OS-10 Syllabus: 14 modules covering everything from the legal framework (DL 3.607, DS 93) to Conflict Management and Crime Scene Preservation.

2. Port Profile (Directemar): 9 modules on the ISPS/PBIP Code, Dangerous Goods (IMDG), and ship anatomy.

3. Drone Regulations: Technical guide based on DAN 91 and DAN 151 of the DGAC (Directorate General of Civil Aviation), plus an exclusive bank of 95 questions and an exam simulator.

• Expanded Database: Over 200 multiple-choice questions and 120 true/false statements that replicate the difficulty of official tests.

• Independent Profiles: Differentiated assessments for OS-10, Port Security, or Drones.
