About this app

BarScan turns a stock count into a few minutes of photos. Point your phone at a bottle, a crate or a delivery invoice. BarScan reads what it is and how much is left, and adds it to your inventory.

Made for bars, cafés, restaurants, hotels and groups with several venues. It works offline, so you can count the cellar or the storeroom without signal.

FOUR WAYS TO SCAN
• Liquid scan: photograph an opened bottle where it stands. AI reads the label, you set the liquid line, and BarScan works out what is left.
• Item scan: cans, bags and single products, identified from the label.
• Box scan: one photo of a crate, box or pile and one of its label. Every piece is counted together.
• Invoice scan: photograph a delivery invoice or upload a PDF, and incoming stock goes straight into inventory.

• Daily report with opening, used and closing stock for every item
• See what was poured, what is left and what to restock
• Export as PDF, or CSV on Growth and Enterprise plans

Scans are unlimited on every plan. If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in Google Play.
