How good is your bonsai, really?
Bonsai Score evaluates your tree against classic design criteria: informed, fair, and in seconds. Take a photo, get a rating, keep developing.
HOW IT WORKS
- Take a photo or choose one from your gallery
- Detailed evaluation in seconds: a score from 0 to 10, style and genus recognition, value estimate
- Analysis of nebari, trunk, branching, apex, pot harmony, maturity and vitality
- Rough price analysis: the estimated market value of your tree
THREE CATEGORIES, THREE STANDARDS
Not every tree is a bonsai. The app distinguishes between bonsai, niwaki (Japanese garden trees) and free-growing trees, and judges each category by its own criteria. Free-growing trees receive tree points instead of a price.
ENTER YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS
You can enter height, trunk diameter and nebari yourself. This makes both the evaluation and the price estimate considerably more precise than a photo-only guess.
YOUR BONSAI JOURNAL
Follow each tree over years. Fertilising, repotting, new evaluations: everything stays documented. You can see in black and white how your tree develops and what your care achieves.
WEATHER FOR YOUR TREES
The app shows current weather at your location, including rain and warnings. So you always know whether your bonsai need watering or protection.
FUTURE VISION (AI IMAGE GENERATION)
