About this app

OSES Audit is a business application that enables field auditors to conduct and report on their visits. You fill out audit forms over the phone and send the results to the center before leaving the visit. The step of filling out paper forms and entering data into the system later is completely eliminated.

What you can do:

• Audit forms — view, fill out, and submit forms assigned to you in the field; access printouts of forms you have previously completed.
• Customer and dealer selection — select the location you will visit from the list, review past records.
• Dealer performance report — compare sales, consumption, and order data on a dealer basis.
• Invoice and current account transactions — view the customer's current financial status before the visit.
• Periodic analyses — review annual product and consumption analysis on a customer basis.
• Information update — record changes in customer information you identify in the field.
• Process tracking — view the current status of the processes you are tracking.

Authorization
The screens and reports you can see are determined according to the audit authorizations defined in your account. Data from dealers or customers for whom you are not responsible will not be shown to you.

Account Requirement
The application is for use only by auditors working within the OSES Group and its partners. An institution-defined user account is required for login.
