About this app
Osimi are digital AI workers, each specialized in a specific industry. They handle paperwork for small businesses and support them daily. Currently, Mariusz is working for construction and renovation companies: you don't type anything, you just talk to him. Kuba for restaurants will be joining soon.

WHAT MARIUSZ PREPARES
PDF quotes from voicemails, invoices (in KSeF or PDF), findings from construction site visits, reminders about unanswered quotes and late payments, invoice summary for the accountant.

NOTHING GOES OUT WITHOUT YOU
The agent prepares, you approve. Documents and messages are sent to the client after your "yes." If you wish, you can allow them to send reminders about late quotes and invoices in the settings themselves.
You log in with your company code, no passwords required. You create a company account at osimi.pl.
The agent's responses are prepared by artificial intelligence (OpenAI, Anthropic), after your consent in the app. We store company data in the EU (GDPR); AI models operate in the US under EU standard contractual clauses.
