Introducing a Home Delivered Meals / Meals on Wheels mobile application for volunteer and paid drivers. Designed by and supported by Accessible Solutions, to integrate seamlessly and exclusively with ServTracker.

This application gives you the ability to:

Ratings and reviews

It works ok, but it seems it could be better. I tend to memorize routes, so it would be nice to not have to have GPS on just to mark a meal as delivered. Also, marking a meal as delivered often seems to take quite a long time. The last thing is probably a peculiarity that few people would use, but I use Google Voice to make calls for MoW. Perhaps there can be a setting to choose the phone app when calling from the app.

Unable to sign out after completing rounds & it might be helpful to be able to add notes to customers' accounts regarding voicemail issues (cannot leave msgs if phone number is blocked, or edit phone numbers, etc). Email listed is undeliverable, so cannot send them.

I use this app for Meals on Wheels deliveries. The app is supposed to allow you to check each delivery as completed or not delivered but the checks don't work all the time and it is frustrating when running up and down a building and trying to remember who you already delivered too or not.
