About this app

Osiris POS is the POS system that shows you if someone is stealing from your business and notifies you when suppliers are raising the price of your goods. Two functions that protect your profit, in addition to everything a cash register does on a tablet:

1. Cashier surveillance: see what was removed from the cart, who did it and at what minute, even when you are not in the premises, you can check the reports and even the videos from those seconds/minutes on your phone anywhere and anytime without having to look for the moment on the camera, the application makes everything available to you in 2 clicks

2. Supplier prices: find out right at the reception when a price has increased and how much it costs you extra.

The application is for restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food and bagels. Requires an Osiris POS account: create your account on www.osirispos.com, add the tablet from the administration panel and activate it with the code received.

HOME SURVEILLANCE
• Alerts for products removed from the cart, empty carts without sale, carts left open and discounts
• For each alert, see the cart at that moment, the cashier, the time and the amount
• Situation for each employee, by day
• With surveillance cameras, you request the footage from the exact minute of the alert, without searching for hours in the recordings
• Live receipts: each receipt appears on the panel the moment it is sent, from all houses and locations

SUPPLIERS PRICES
• Alert at the reception when a supplier has increased the price compared to the last invoice
• What has become more expensive and what has become cheaper in the last 30, 90 or 180 days and how much extra you paid
• Where can you find the same item cheaper at another supplier from which you have bought before

QUICK SALE
• Sales screen for cashiers: categories, products with photo, search, cart, cash or card payment
• Split payment card + cash and calculation of the rest
• Product notes (no onions, extra sauce, etc.), sent to the kitchen
• Continue to sell even without the internet; orders are automatically synchronized when the connection returns

REGISTER AND PRINTERS
• Fiscal receipt on Datecs cash registers connected to the network
• Order receipt on thermal printers connected to the network
• Closing the shift with cash and card payment verification

KITCHEN
• Kitchen screen (KDS) on a tablet or monitor, with orders in order
• Preparation times automatically tracked

MANAGEMENT
• Stock on each location, with low stock alert, receipts, losses and inventory
• Multiple locations in the same account, with the same menu
• Invoices received via e-Invoice (ANAF), taken directly into stock
• Monthly export for accounting (SAGA)
• Expenses, tasks for the team and notifications

REPORTS
• Sales, average receipt, top products, profit, for any period
• Administration panel on phone or computer
• Separate roles: administrator, manager, cashier, employee, accountant

INTEGRATIONS
• Orders from Wolt, Glovo and Bolt Food delivery platforms directly in the POS (activated from your account)
