Avalagro is the personnel evaluation tool designed for agricultural organizations. It allows supervisors and administrators to evaluate worker performance in a structured way, with customizable criteria and monitoring by periods.

Generate individual and consolidated reports in PDF format to share with your team, archive or present in meetings. Reports include detailed breakdowns by criterion, average scores and time evolution.

★ Multiple adapted roles
Interface adapted according to your role in the organization:
- Administrator: complete management of the organization, configuration of criteria and periods, access to all reports and global statistics. Full control over users, groups and assessment parameters.
- Supervisor: simplified interface to quickly assess your team members and consult their history of assessments carried out.

★ Security
Secure authentication with encrypted storage of credentials on the device. Your data is protected at all times with encrypted connections and secure servers.

★ Multilanguage
Available in Galician and Spanish. Change the language at any time from the application settings.
