Fieldwork Job Log helps independent professionals and field teams record jobs, customers, locations and work targets in one practical workspace. Use reusable checklists, track issues through repair and verification, and attach before, during and after photos with captions, rotation and manual redaction.

Create customer-facing PDF work reports without internal notes or phone numbers. Prepare estimates, additional work approvals and invoices; record partial payments, refunds, costs, outstanding balances and return visits. Export job and revenue data as CSV, and create integrity-checked local backups.

Paid plans add cloud sync of jobs and photos across devices, private share links so customers can view a job summary and send photos, and Team plans with roles, comments, task assignment and company statistics. Storage and monthly download limits are shown in the app.

Core job records, photos, previews and backups work without an account. Google sign-in is required only for online report publishing and optional AI text drafts. AI output must be reviewed before use.
