Worst customer service ever. 👎 There’s no contact number, and no proper refund option either. I just placed an order through the website, but the amount was debited from my account and the order was never confirmed. I’ve tried looking for a way to contact customer service, but there seems to be no proper support available. I really hope the team sees this comment and helps me resolve this issue and process my refund as soon as possible. This is the second time happening with osma. really bad

although the mentioned fast delivery i ordered 5 days a go and i payed the full amount but no one contacted me from the company and of course i did not receive my order yet .. I've sent 3 emails with high importance highlighting my issue and asking where is my order but unfortunately i got no reply. the worst customer service and the worst after sale. there is no order tracker in the application to know the situation of your order.

A week of waiting and still nothing! Unfortunately, online orderimg is very chaotic. I ordered, it is confirmed but no updates after. I sent emails,whatsapp messages and ig messages only to be told that one of the items i ordered is not available! like really??? why wasnt it hidden online if not available? why am i not informed after i ordered if it was not available? this is really frustrating. and even when they asked for a replacement, the replacement item i told them is also not available.
