They're fraudsters! They were offering buy 1 get 2 free so I chose 3 perfumes but got delivery of 1 perfume only and that too was different from what I ordered. Better stick with established brands.

buggy app. Awful customer service. poor WhatsApp service with no actual human to talk to. No delivery of order of almost a month and nothing I can do about it and no one to speak to to get an update or find out what the problem is. All items in stock when ordered and suddenly told some of them are no longer in stock over a week after ordering via email. A really poor company with amateurish service. Probably last time I shop with osma. bitterly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I have experienced with OSMA. I placed an order for two perfumes. After placing the order, I was informed that the items were out of stock and was asked to either wait for two months or request a full refund. I clearly requested a full refund. It has now been more than two months, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any response from your customer service team,
