A week of waiting and still nothing! Unfortunately, online orderimg is very chaotic. I ordered, it is confirmed but no updates after. I sent emails,whatsapp messages and ig messages only to be told that one of the items i ordered is not available! like really??? why wasnt it hidden online if not available? why am i not informed after i ordered if it was not available? this is really frustrating. and even when they asked for a replacement, the replacement item i told them is also not available.

Terrible experience. I placed an order and paid, but they never delivered it. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Do not buy from them My suggestion if your in UAE never buy from them because they have delivery problems 25days wait return money,, stop buy don't waste your time with them!

Worst application, worst customer service, worst shipping company. I order they don't ship my items, then suddenly I see that they canceled my order. Worst experience ever with customer service. If I need help i contact their whatsapp number but no one answers and I need to call a saudi number just to talk to an agent who won't understand what I want and help me solve my problem. Won't ever order again.
