I placed the order and paid in advance. After waiting four days, I contacted through their helpline. They eventually replied, saying they were out of stock and that I must wait until it's available. This is the first time a company has taken my payment and then informed me they had no stock. The ordered perfumes are still listed as available on their store's website, so I don't know what is the intention of OSMA behind this.

Very bad experience! I placed an order more than two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The money hasn’t been refunded either. Customer service doesn’t respond, and there’s no update about my order. I don’t recommend this app at all!
