This app is not user friendly at all. I need to uninstall and reinstall just to read a message. And I can't even reply the message! It is very frustrating as I can't access the files on web. I'm kinda regret incorporating my company with them thinking that it will be smooth sailing! I sent email to support with no reply till now. Rediculious! At least, there should be a tutorial!.

Unusable. White screen only, messages never load. Update: reinstalled. Left it for 30 minutes and I can finally see the home screen, it's still loading messages. What is this??? The website is also slow but not like this.
