TAP TO PAY ON ANDROID

If you have a recent Android phone with NFC, you can accept contactless card payments directly on the device. No Square Reader, no Clover Flex, no Toast terminal. Your customer taps their card, their Apple Pay, or their Google Wallet on your phone. That's it.

Powered by Stripe Terminal — the same technology used by thousands of production POS systems.

NO LOCK-IN, EVER

Your Stripe account is yours. Your customer list is yours. Your menu is yours. If you ever leave OSPOS, you keep all of it. Export your sales history to CSV and walk away — no data hostage situations, no exit fees.

OPEN SOURCE

OSPOS is fully open source under the AGPLv3 license. The complete source code lives on GitHub at github.com/pzapzap/ospos. You can read every line of code, audit our security practices, run your own server, or fork the project. This is what "we don't lock you in" actually looks like.

GETTING STARTED

Install OSPOS, add a business name, add your first menu items, and start ringing orders. You can be taking cash payments in under two minutes. To accept cards, connect your Stripe account — takes another five minutes, or skip it and stick with cash mode as long as you want.

OSPOS is built by TTTS Co in California. We answer support emails personally at [e-mail]. We're not venture-backed, we're not trying to lock you into an ecosystem, and we're not going to raise our prices when you have too much data to move elsewhere.

We built the POS we wished existed. Hope you like it.
