Very aggravating to reset when I upgraded routers. Gateway issues throughout the entire process. Update: Little better than a year later and the same issues continue. Whenever there is an interrupt in power, all of the lights come on, at full intensity. Keep in mind, this may happen in the middle of the night which can be a rude awakening. When power is restored, sometimes the connection between the can lights and provided gateway isn't restored, which means a full setup again. Inconvenient!

The changes need work. When I bought the bulbs and strips etc years ago. The UI was simple and intuitive. The recent designs and update have made it more complex. As well the new firmware for the hub is buggy. I have to unplug it often, as well I have to reset devices(switches and lights) by unplugging them a few times. These are items that I hadn't had to do this for in the past. Otherwise it does it's basic job.

Been using this for 2 years. everything works, so to speak. its not really lacking in any features. You can rename lights, setup scenes, anything you desire. however my only two gripes come from the stability of the app. First as others have said it can be VERY slow at times. As well I have lights that keep getting out of sync with my app. i have to re-add them at least twice a week, making it not even worth trying half the time.
