Made in collaboration with those who have lived experience of disability, Purple Door is designed to provide airport assistance related information and to allow you to directly communicate with the airport assistance teams. We are currently working with some airports in the UK to enable this app at those airports.
We are based in London and our team has decades of experience in aviation technology. We are solely focused on improving passenger experience by bringing passengers, airlines, airports, and special assistance providers together using technology.
