Otatea POS — a modern point-of-sale (POS) application for cafes, coffee shops, small restaurants, and food and beverage stores in Indonesia. Manage your menu, process payments, print receipts, and monitor your business's turnover in one easy-to-use application on your phone or tablet.

• Shopping cart with complete order summary
• Checkout with subtotal, discount, VAT, and total payment details

PAYMENTS
• Cash — enter the customer's payment amount, change is calculated automatically
• QRIS — display the outlet's QR code for customers to scan
• Upload the outlet's QRIS image from your profile (setup once, used at checkout)
• Save the transaction to the server after successful payment

MANAGE MENUS & CATEGORIES
• Add, edit, and delete product menus
• Upload menu photos from your gallery
• Set prices, discounts, stock, descriptions, and promotional labels
• Manage product categories — activate/deactivate as needed
• Menus from inactive categories do not appear on the dashboard

VAT (TAX)
• Activate or deactivate VAT from your profile
• Choose a VAT rate of 11% or 12%
• VAT is automatically calculated at checkout and displayed on the receipt

PORTFOLIO & REPORTS
• Revenue summary: Today, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly
• Revenue graph for the last 7 days
• Sales transaction history with search
• Invoice details per transaction — click to see full details
• Subscription/package upgrade transaction history is also recorded

PRINT THERMAL RECEIPTS (ANDROID)
• Connect a Bluetooth thermal printer from your Profile
• Print invoices/receipts from transaction details in your Portfolio
• Preview receipts on screen before printing
• Receipts contain: outlet name, order code, items, add-ons, subtotal, discount, VAT, total, payment method, and change

ACCOUNT & SECURITY
• Login with Outlet Code, phone number, and password
• Register a new outlet with WhatsApp OTP verification
• Forgot password & change password via WhatsApp OTP
• "Remember me" feature for faster login

• Subscription upgrade Directly from Profile
• Subscription payments via dynamic QRIS with automatic detection
