Ride wherever you need

Use OTAXI to request rides anywhere in Muscat in just a few taps.
Open the app, select the pick up and the destination point, choose the preferred service class and the payment method. Tap ‘Request a ride’ and your driver will arrive in minutes.

Track your ride’s status

With 'OTaxi' you can see the car’s dispatch time, the driver’s route, and the car’s current location as an icon on the map in real time. You will know exactly when the driver will arrive as well as the time to destination.

Feel safe every time you ride

Learn more about your driver before the ride. Check out the driver’s name and rating, as well as the car number and color.
You can call your driver or send a message via chat, using any language you’re comfortable with - it will be translated automatically.

Ratings and reviews

This is by far the worst app I've ever encountered. The app can't even set the place i want to go to and keeps giving me random locations even after i made sure to set my drop off location. With high prices like if you didn't pay attention you will end up somewhere far from where you want to go to and pay much more money.

Not only are your taxi drivers scammers, but your app is ridiculous showing a higher price just because someone is at a hotel. Only showing luxury rides as available on top of that marking it up 300% is insanity. That is tourist tax. uber isn't allowed to operate here but these scammy practices are exactly why many prefer a system like uber. Maybe instead of trying to sting tourists more, just charge the same rates and more tourists will come. Oman has so much to offer.

I ordered a taxi with card payment, but at the end of the trip the payment was changed to cash. I didn’t have any cash with me. Ordering a taxi from the hotel isn’t available. You have to leave the hotel zone or use the taxi drivers at the reception, who charge 300% more.
