the application is not all that bad. Frankly expected more from a company with Movistar level status. But, the worse is the horrible customer service provided by their Ecuador service. If you have a problem, good luck! because they CANNOT make up their mind on what the problem or solution to the problem is. they refuse to communicate with a supervisor or manager. according to the reps, they are not available or never call for those that dupe you to think they will. STAY AWAY if you can from MOVI
