Application has software bugs, be care full with your reservation especially if you have many children, application sometimes mixes up with age of children! I was very dissatisfied with it since it made wrongly reservation besides of me stating exactly what I need!

I've called the call center at noon same day of the booking,and told him that the hotel can't find my booking, he assured that my booking is active,and my reservation reference is working, Then i told him(otelz representative) that I'll reach the hotel at night, can i pay to be sure that they will NOT cancel my booking?, He said no worries, u can go any time and pay there, now we are there(11pm) very tired, and NO booking ,no more rooms, thank you otelz for the headache u caused,

A very bad service . When I wanted to cancel my reservation, I spoke to them on the phone and then they hung it up. More than five times the same thing happened and the chatting service same thing . I do not recommend it to anyone.
