Apparently this app is using some buggy AI based system to check if the photos of fruits and vegetables uploaded by the customer along with the complaint is showing damage or not. If it fails to do its work, then it bluntly tells the customer that the fault lies with them for uploading blurry pictures. But that picture was clicked from within their app only. Also next time helpcenter section won't open. A single word "Oops!" is shown. Disappointed completely.

Worst ordering experience ever. Every time I ordered, the products were either extremely bad quality , missing or the packages were already opened. The help section is no use either. The app has some AI to detect if the product quality is bad or not. Kid you not it doesn't work. It also refuses to refund my money for the opened and expired products delivered to me.

Not reliable for frequent buyers. Most of the items are out of stock frequently. Vegetables and fruits are costly as compared to local market. Flash deals are for few quantity. Less refund amount as compared to short weight measurement. Grocery items are costly as compared to other apps. No cashback offers. Reward wallet expires after some time. Item image and weight shows different discription. Don't add short supply products. No direct helpline number.
