CLOCKING IN

One tap on, one tap off, and the same for your break. No signal in the far corner of the site? The punch is held on your phone and goes up the moment you have bars again, so it is never lost. Some sites have a tag on the wall to tap instead. Some ask for a photo when you clock in, so there is never an argument later about who was where.

YOUR HOURS, AS THEY HAPPEN

Your timesheet adds up as you work. Easily see what you have done and what it is worth, instead of finding out on payday.

YOUR WEEK

The shifts you are on, the open ones you can claim, and swaps to offer or pick up when life gets in the way. If you cannot make one, call off in the app with a reason and your manager knows straight away, rather than at seven the next morning.

TIME OFF

Ask for holiday, see what you have left, and get the answer as a notification instead of by asking twice.

THE WORK ITSELF

Whatever your company has set up: jobs and checklists to tick off, forms to fill in on site, expenses where you photograph the receipt and it reads itself, security patrols with tags to scan on the round.

EVERYONE IN ONE PLACE

Announcements from the office, a group chat for your team, and one-to-one messages. In the app you already have open, not a separate one.

FACE CLOCK-IN, IF YOUR SITE HAS IT

Some sites have an OtisIO tablet on the door that knows your face instead of a PIN. You can set that up here with a few photos. What gets stored is a mathematical version of your face, encrypted, not the picture itself. Take it off in Settings whenever you like and it is deleted, not hidden.

GETTING IN

You need an invitation from an employer who uses OtisIO. You cannot sign up on your own, and there is nothing to see here until they invite you: your workspace, your account and the email address you sign in with all come from them.
