Hello TarangPlus Team, I am facing a serious issue with the TarangPlus app. I am using Realme 12x 5G (Android 14), and your latest app version 5.1.33 automatically closes within 10–15 seconds after opening. I have already tried: Clearing cache & data Reinstalling the app Updating Chrome & WebView Resetting network restarting the phone But the problem still continues. Many other users are also facing the same crash issue on Android 14 devices. Please release a bug fix/update as soon as possible

I don't understand what kind of application they have developed,it doesn't stream on Mbps speed,where all other streaming application Amazon, Netflix,zee5,Hotstar streams seamlessly with high resolution. Please Fix the application asap ,it's irritating to wait the app to load.i want to update here I can't see a single program continuously.i got minimum 20 times unknown error while watching a 2.5 hours movie? I am a premium customer if I can't watch the contents it's a loss for me.

Unable to log in Android tv.Registered in the app and took the Live Tv subscription. But while logging in the app in Android tv, after scanning the QR code ,nothing happening in the tv .there is no place to put the code received on tv. Worst experience with an OTT platform . I took the subscription for my mother ,now she can't watch it from last week. Such error is only making you lose your consumers. Edit: Thanks for the response.The set up process should be mentioned in the tv screen itself.
