very poor if you delay in payment for a day they are collecting penalty and they don't auto debit on date correctly when there is a duplicate payments or auto debited twice they don't refund they will adjust it to next month itseems for 1 day they take penalty for 1month they will adjust for next month this is unfair so I am filing a complaint

they are fraud people I have 1 over due emi I am trying to pay that but it's showing not available I am trying to connect oto team they are not supporting to pay its effecting my cibil for 5343 rs emi asking to 9127rs and one person contact details we received for repayment person he is also not replying just because there response delay since 3months I am getting cibil effected still no response I want to add screenshot but no option to add the proof

Very disappointing experience with Otto. I paid my EMIs before the due date, yet bounce charges were levied on my loan account multiple times. Money gets deducted without proper clarity, and resolving issues is difficult. I expect transparency and fair treatment from a finance company. Not recommended.
