Absolutely no support after the sale. If you have questions, no one can assist you. Their customer care will only inform you that they will investigate and provide updates. Nevertheless, there is no support or update provided to you. I settled all my EMIs. The last EMI is still showing as pending in the App, and no one from support is willing to assist despite numerous attempts to reach out. There is also no update on the NOC. If it is not resolved I ll complaint in RBI and other forums.

This is my final reminder regarding my closed loan account (TWDEC21-0227). Despite clearing all EMIs and closing the loan, my CIBIL report still shows it as active, and I have not received my NOC yet. I have contacted your team multiple times with no response. This delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Please issue my No Objection Certificate (NOC) immediately and update my CIBIL record to reflect full loan closure.I will be forced to escalate this matter to the RBI

after paying all the emis still you guys not provided closure and NOC but still asking to pay foreclosure charges of 590/- Rs.. Customer support no use of it, every time they are saying that all the agents are busy even no revert for the mails.
