Worst experience after my bike emi complete they don't send bike noc papers completed my bike emi 5 months back still they don't send noc papers Once bike emi complete They don't receive calls also Again they charge from me 1000 for noc papers one month back still they not dispatch worst experience I took bike and I am paid all emi's on time As I am customer they give atleast proper response

Absolutely no support after the sale. If you have questions, no one can assist you. Their customer care will only inform you that they will investigate and provide updates. Nevertheless, there is no support or update provided to you. I settled all my EMIs. The last EMI is still showing as pending in the App, and no one from support is willing to assist despite numerous attempts to reach out. There is also no update on the NOC. If it is not resolved I ll complaint in RBI and other forums.

i took this and cleared all the EMI, now after 3 long years they have come up with additional charges which is not at all related to my loan and the service after taking loan is worst not worth trusting them. and worst part you will not be able to connect to their customer service team to discuss the issue. Not referring to any of them who I know to avail loan from OTO capital. if I had an option of giving 0 rating i would have done that
