OtoDock is a platform for AI agents that you or your organisation run on your own server. Each agent has a name, its own workspace, memory, tools and schedules, and the people on the server share the agents with roles. This app brings that server to your phone.
The app is a client. It needs the address of an OtoDock server and an account on it, which the server's administrator gives you. It does not create a server or an account by itself.
What the app adds on the phone
• Push notifications from your agents: reminders, finished tasks and alerts, each with the agent's name. A tap opens the chat or the app it is about.
• Alarms that wake you: an alert of the highest severity sounds an alarm and reads the alert aloud until you dismiss it, for up to five minutes, and with the lock screen setting allowed it turns the screen on and shows over the lock screen.
• Several servers in one app: add each by its address, star the one the app opens to, and switch from App Settings or with a three-finger swipe.
• Speak instead of typing: dictation through the phone's speech recognition and replies read aloud. Supports live voice conversations with an agent and an optional wake word only while the app is open.
• Location for the agents that ask: when an agent needs to know where you are, the app asks for your permission and answers with one position. It never reads your location in the background. (Agents need to have Location MCP enabled.)
• Photos from the camera and files from your phone as chat attachments, and images saved to your Downloads.
• Sign-ins that come back to the app: single sign-on and passkeys open in your browser and return you to the app.
Everything else is the full OtoDock dashboard: chats that stream every step an agent takes and run on the server or on one of your own computers, scheduled and triggered tasks, the apps your agents build, documents with live previews, meetings between agents, files and memory.
Where your data goes
What you type, share and send by voice goes to your OtoDock server, which you or your organisation run, and from there to the AI provider its administrator chose. Dictation uses the phone's own speech recognition. Notifications reach the phone through OtoDock's push relay and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, which carry each notification's title and text; the relay passes them on without storing them. The app shows no ads and contains no analytics and no tracking.
OtoDock is fair source: the code of the platform and of this app is public. Install guides and documentation are at docs.otodock.io.
