Otolog is an application that allows you to digitally keep track of your vehicle's maintenance history and securely transfer it to the new owner at the time of sale.
WHY OTOLOG?
When buying a used car, the question "Has it been regularly maintained?" is always met with suspicion. Otolog solves this trust issue: it keeps track of your vehicle's entire maintenance history in the application, and you transfer it to the new owner with a single code or QR code at the time of sale. The buyer sees the vehicle's true maintenance history; you prove that you are selling a well-maintained vehicle.
HOW IT WORKS?
- Add your vehicle — license plate, make, model, fuel type, current mileage.
- Create a record for each maintenance — date, mileage, amount, description.
- If you wish, add a photo of the invoice or receipt; the record automatically earns a "Documented" badge. If you don't add a photo, the record is marked as "Declared" — transparency is always maintained. - Set reminders for inspection, insurance, and periodic maintenance dates, don't leave it to the last minute.
- You can export and share your maintenance history as a PDF.
- When selling your vehicle, transfer its history to the new owner with a single touch — your personal information (name, phone, email) is never shared with the other party; only vehicle and maintenance data is transferred.
