It's scam, I downloaded the application and there were 18 riyals in my account and when I tried to use the scooter it told me that I was less than the minimum limit of 20 riyals to charge the balance and I was forced to use the app to can use my balance.

Scam,it took money , 2 scooters none of them worked, I could not stop the ride, just spent money without riding anything, wrote to support no answer for 2 days, call number also doesn't work

Cannot delete my account. the option is there, but it doesnt allow me to click it. bad experience. promotion is fake, you have to pay to use the promo...
