About this app

Otovers is a field application developed for businesses that manage vehicle service and inspection processes.
Service advisors, mechanics, and inspection personnel can instantly access vehicle files while at the workstation; update status, share photos and notes.

NOTE: This application is for personnel of businesses using the Otovers platform. To use it, you need an Otovers account assigned to you by your business.

Station-based file tracking (Customer, Acceptance, Pool, In Process, Delivery, and more). See the stage and waiting time of each file on a single screen.

• Quick access via QR
Access files in seconds by scanning the QR code on the vehicle; find past files by searching by license plate.

• Photo upload
Upload photos directly from your phone during acceptance, damage assessment, and delivery stages; ensure the entire team sees the same images.

• Parts and labor notes
Add notes to the file, tag your teammates; track the tags you receive from the notification tab.

• Status update
Update the vehicle's station and status from the field; the process progresses instantly without the office having to wait.

• Expertise report
Create and share the expertise PDF for the file via the application.

• Create a new file
Quickly open a file from the field by entering customer and vehicle information.

SECURITY
Your session information is stored encrypted on your device, all communication is encrypted over HTTPS. Only users authorized by your business can access your data.
